Personally I think these are the most valuable.
They can appear as Thank You cards which we proudly display upstairs in the cabinet or are written in the Testimonial Book which is available at reception. These can be viewed in the practice or on-line. They vary from Thank You’s to more extensive commentaries from patients whom want to pass on their experiences to help others in making the right decision for themselves. Some patients have friends or colleagues whom they can ask how it was but many people do not. So I believe it really helps patients to have the chance to see what having treatment at Clifton Orthodontics with me is really like.
